I am looking at buying a duplex. There is another property right next door that is for sale by the same owner. Is it possible to structure the deal to package the 2 duplexes together as a single 4-plex and get one loan on the property?

if you have another property or your current home you can package all 5 with portfolio but you can not consider both duplexes as 4plex since its 2 seperate properties
