First large multi family property

Hello a year and a half we got into Real estate. First buying two house and fixing those up and renting them out. This February 1st my wife and I are buying our first multi- family property, a 33 unit building. I really excited and I watch a lot of BiggerPockets podcasts on YouTube! I would like to thank BiggerPockets for all the information that I received!
