Just moved to San Diego yesterday and looking to learn more about the real estate market here. Would love to speak with someone who has experience!

There is a Social Meet up this Friday at Stone Brewery in Escondido.  I have been to a few of these and there are a lot more inexperienced investors than experienced investors but there are some experienced investors that do show up. 

Ideally try to find someone experienced in the same RE discipline that you are interested in pursuing.

I am unsure if I will be making it but I hope to come for a short while.  I am usually in the late to arrive people.

There are other Meet ups that can be found on Meetup.com or Facebook.  Again look for one that provides what you are looking for.
