Tennessee Student Housing

Visiting 5 schools in TN in January, and wanted to see if any brokers/realtors that concentrate on student housing were open to meet. I have some times open and looking to fill them.

 Anyone that can recommend a broker/realtor feel free to tag them or DM me. Investment group looking to explore opportunities regarding existing assets/redevelopment/ground up construction focused on student rentals.
