My name is David Wales, I am an investor in Charlotte, NC who wants to start a Multi-family Meetup in Charlotte near Uptown.  If interested in meeting for lunch or happy hour once or twice a month to discuss multi-family investing, please let me know.  I will post the meetup on the events page and try to get the ball rolling.

I have posted an event on the BP events page for this meetup. I went ahead and scheduled it for Thursday, December 7 at Draught Restaurant & Bar from 5:00-6:30. Hopefully everyone who has expressed interest can make it!
