Kansas City Multi-family Investing
I own SFR's in KC and have had a good experience there, especially when it comes to cash flow! I am looking to broaden my portfolio and get into commercial multi-family properties - does anybody know anyone they can introduce me to (brokers, bankers, etc.) who are reputable and specialize in this area? I have a couple of partners also looking at getting into these investments....Thank you!!
