Multi-family properties in Miami
Working with two different groups of investors searching for (1) 20-50 AND (2) 100+ unit multi-family properties in Miami. Both prefer class B, or C that could be re-positioned as B, potential value play preferred, with as close to a 7%, as possible. Price is not a factor, only the financial performance of the property.
