Asset Management and Investor Relations Software?

Question

My company has transitioned from owning our own properties outright to syndication of apartment buildings. We currently use Buildium as our property management software, and that has been working well for us so far. We are looking for some sort of software that will help us on the asset management and investor relations side of things. Preferably something where we can send financial statements, distribution info, and other data to our investors. Having an investor portal would be nice too. I know there is some good, robust software out there for big companies, but we need something that is cost effective for our new business. If I can't find anything, I'll figure out a way to do it with Buildium and Excel, or something else, but I'm hoping there is a good affordable option out there that other syndicators are using.

I'm in the process of building a website and having an investor portal attached.  In my research GroundBreaker is the most cost effective and Jake is really nice to speak to.

@Eric Grant thought I would update this thread to answer your question. We did a ton of research and didn’t wind up adopting any software until this summer. We went with Juniper Square as we thought it had the best features for what we need now and what we will need as we grow. It is quite expensive and almost cost inhibitive at the current size of our company, but thought it was a worthwhile investment that will help launch our company forward. We’ve been using it for about 3 months and have already used it to send out reports, calculate waterfall distributions, and for raising money and doing the subscription process for a new acquisition we are closing on. So far so good.
