Local lenders in Houston

Does anyone in Houston have a commercial multi-family lender they are normally use. Please recommend only if someone has actually funded a deal for you, not just a friend or acquaintance. Looking for someone who can do small apartment buildings (fourplex) and up through 100+ units. Also looking for mailing list groups in Houston for multi-families. Thanks, Archie Antwi

In the past year I've funded over 400+ multifamily units in Houston so I know the landscape there. I'm not a player on 4 units as those are residential, but on commercial loans I'd like to think I'd be an asset. That is, of course, provided you are capable of obtaining commercial financing and have the necessary experience, income/assets.
