What exactly are you looking for? I am a commercial realtor specializing in multifamily. But I'm also a wholesaler with SFR, Duplexes, Triplexes, Quads and small MF.

    Are you strictly looking for Orlando? There are other opportunities a little farther north where the market is strong as well. Lot of rentals due to the college. You plan on taking a trip down here soon?
