Inspector in Phoenix

I'm under a contract to buy my first multi-home property here in Phoenix and I'm in need of an inspector. Inspectors here in Phoenix charge more than I have anticipated. I'm looking for someone who can charge me at a discount this very first time. Keep in mind that this inspector will be used multiple times over when I acquire more properties in the Phoenix area and will be paid accordingly. The property under contract is 2689 SQFT and is located in the 85021 Phoenix.

Camera ALL the sewer lines.  I cannot stress this enough.  Many properties in phx were built in the post-war boom and have cast iron or worse, orangeburg pipe.  Missing this can cost you $10K+ in a skinny minute.

Any plumber can do it, going rate is $180-$220.
