catch 22 apt rental issue
Tenant of Unit A is leaving, so i intend on renovating with recarpeting and new paint and leaseing it out. Now, Tenant of Unit B tell me they want to move into Unit A. The problem is in this scenario, i'd have to renovate unit A and rent to the tenant of Unit B, and then also renovate unit B and find a new tenant for that. Any way of getting around this?

Charge Tenant B more money for the newer space.
