Management Company in Columbus, OH

Hello, looking for any suggestions on good management companies in Columbus, OH. I currently employ one (the only one I've ever hired), and not sure what I think of them. I'm trying to be patient with them until we get used to each other, but want to have some backups in place as well. 

My current company charges 11% (ouch!), but does not charge anything to lease a unit out. I went with these folks because I thought their fee structure aligned with my goals (long-term tenants).
