Buying multifamily in Bedstuy
Hello,
A group of people are looking to buy a 2 family home in Bedstuy - Crown Heights areas of Brooklyn around the $800k mark. 3 to 4 Properties that are not fully renovated are ideal but open to all options.
We have a local RE broker working with us but also trying to find more leads to off-the-market properties to expand our search.
