Currently I reside and work in NY but I'm building my buy & hold real estate portfolio in Tampa, Fl. I own a duplex but my preference for four rental properties are quads. My goal is to purchase 4 quads in the next 12 months. 

I'm seeking a mentor who can teach me the best way to maximize my money & options for purchasing property. As a mentee, I'm willing to learn through practical experience. Thank you in advance for your time.

Hi Nicole, not sure of the full details you are looking for out of a mentor. But I've been learning a ton from @joefairless.

I invest in upstate NY and have similar goals in regards to units 4+ and above.
