First Time Multifamily Rehab!

Andrew Okeke
Posted

Me and my partner are about to take on our first multifamily BRRRR in Miami, FL! It is a 20 unit property needing a full rehab. We are currently vetting GC's and wanted some advice on if we should hire an independent project manager or let the GC handle it all? Would it be wise to contract the job in stages or makes more sense to contract the entire job to them from the beginning. Thanks in advance :)

    Well done

I took me 3 years and 10 years of flipping houses till I jumped on the Multifamily market.

But the last 2 years have been the most profitable time in Real Estate investment.

Secret get the best team, work with them, and keep going.
