Are there paid or unpaid services that provide listings of Multi Family investment opportunities ? More efficient way than pinging Realtors across the US one by one? Any pointers would be appreciated.

There is no centralized listing of multifamily properties.

You can try LoopNet or Crexi as a start.

Multifamily is NOT like house residential brokerage which is driven thru extensive use of MLS. No such MLS for commerical real estate.

It’s about building relationships with brokers one by one.
