Hey there, I'm excited to share that I've become a contributor to the American Apartment Owners Association (AAOA)! As someone who's passionate about real estate investing, it's a huge accomplishment to be a blog contributor by an organization like AAOA. I'm also a regular blog contributor to Biggerpockets, and I love sharing my journey in real estate on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

For me, becoming a contributor to AAOA is a significant milestone because I can  share my expertise in real estate to an additional audience . It's also a great opportunity for me to provide valuable insights to other investors. I believe that sharing knowledge is the key to success, and being able to contribute to AAOA and Biggerpockets is a fantastic way to do that.

But it's not just about writing blog posts and contributing to these platforms. I'm also super active on social media, where I document my real estate journey and share my experiences with others. I post regularly on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and I love engaging with my followers and answering their questions. For me, social media is a way to connect with potential clients and investors, and to build a community around my personal brand.

My goal is to have omnipresence in the industry and be seen as an authority figure in the multifamily investing space. I think having a strong personal brand and a solid reputation is critical in a competitive market like real estate. By being active on different platforms and sharing my expertise, I hope to attract more business and expand my network.

I am also thrilled to co-organize a local real estate meetup in Los Angeles for MultifamilyMasters (MFM). It is a fantastic opportunity to connect with other real estate enthusiasts, share ideas, and expand our networks. As a co-organizer, I am able to make a real impact in my local community by bringing together like-minded individuals who were interested in multifamily investing. Hosting the event allowed me to build my personal brand, share my knowledge, and establish myself as an authority figure in the industry.

Overall, I'm excited to continue contributing to AAOA, Biggerpockets, MFM,  and my social media platforms. It's a fantastic way to share my knowledge and experience with others, build my brand, and establish myself as a trusted and respected voice in the industry. If you're interested in real estate investing, be sure to follow me on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok!

My goal is for "Jason Malabute" to be synonymous with multifamily real estate investing.
