I am considering buying upstate NY.  I am from NYC, priced out of NYC for investments.

Why do you recommend buying upstate NY ?

What are the areas upstate NY I should consider buying MF and why ?

What  are the B & A areas for multifamilies ?

What are the C areas for upstate NY ?

Any good attorneys you recommend with good records for evicting tenants speedily ?

@Edwin De leon

Have you considered investing out of state? If you're going to have to drive 3 hours to get to your properties, I would look elsewhere. I used to live in NY, and the eviction laws are only going to get worse.

If the goal is to buy for cash flow, then upstate works. There is no such thing as evicting speedily in NY. Unfortunately, there is very little appreciation in those markets.
