Hi everyone! Im just starting out looking for my first syndication deal and got advice to buy in or near my backyard. Im in the Pacific Northwest and would look in surrounding areas (Montana, Idaho). Would love to connect with anyone in Montana, Idaho, and cities like Eugene, Spokane, and other secondary/tertiary cities.
