Validating Accredited Investors
Hi Gang,
Question for those who have taken investor money in syndications. Is there a site or a place you ask your potential investors to use/go to in order to validate that they are accredited investors?
Thanks in advance.

There are a number of services which do this. We've used Parallel Markets in the past. 506c syndications require 3rd party verification of accreditation status, 506b do not. Be sure to discuss with your securities attorney.
