Brownfield Clean up project?

Puneet S. Braich
Posted

Anyone have experience dealing with the Brownfield Clean up program?

The gist is certain properties are deemed contaminated by the EPA (or an environmental report) and the government has programs that will clean them up for you as a way to prevent the sites from sitting unused.

Any one have experiece with something like this, especially the Brownfield Clean up project or know any investor/developer who does?

It would be your good deed of the day to connect me with them.

Thank you
