Started investing in Cleveland, Ohio about a year ago. Looking to connect with like-minded investors in the area. I’m currently in need of a good property management company. I have a unit in my duplex that has been vacant for four months now. Losing money! I’m not happy with my PM’s performance. Any recommendations?
