My name is Ali and I am an investor in kansas city, MO. I am looking to get into multi family, I got a commercial property conversion into a 12 plex under contract now, and I am looking for more deals that size to get started. Let me know if there is anything out where you know someone is wanting to sell and seller finance to still get some cash flow. even if it is out of state I am interested!
