Hello Investors, My name is Suba and I am brand new to this platform. I live in the Bay Area and looking to invest in Sacramento. I am looking to invest in a duplex near Sacramento and need advice from experts on what are the desirable neighborhoods to live there and what is the approx rent that it can generate on a monthly basis. I am open for a rehab project but want a property in a good neighborhood which can be rented out quickly.
