Courthouse steps auctions

Hello all,

I’ve been to the last five Auction.com auctions on the Fulton County courthouse steps in Atlanta, Ga.  When I’m there, I see many different auctions scattered about. Sheriff’s auctions, attorney’s auctions, etc.  There seems to be no organization, no “map” as to where who will be standing where.  If I find a property I’m interested in (not on Auction.com) do I call the attorney’s office in advance to ask where they will be located?  Do I just randomly approach each group and ask if they have a list of the properties they are auctioning?  Any help in deciphering the method to this madness would be much appreciated!
