Auction on Monday, what am I missing?

I have a property that I would like to bid on. I was able to see the property inside and out. Have a budget and a hard limit on a price I will not go over. Trip to the courthouse and it shows only one loan against it and no judgements.

Am I missing anything!

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Check the real estate taxes and make sure they are paid.

Check if there are any violations with the city.

Check the deed to see what else may be recorded on it.  Foreclosures usually wipe out most items, but not always.  Municipal liens for example.
