Miami REOs with Code Violations

Hi Jorge,

I'm new in the Miami Market and had some questions about how you work out REOs with Code Violations. It seems like most of the Miami Props have code issues, and after the fines are paid, they leave it up to the buyer to figuer it out with the city.
