Hud 221 D4

I have just started looking at obtaining HUD financing for a 30 unit townhouse project that I am doing. I would need to borrow 3.3 million for the project, including purchase and developing the land and construction of the townhomes. I would be the builder developer.

Can anybody give me an idea of how long loan approval typically takes, how much out of pocket money I would need, etc.

I'm sure I don't even know enough to ask all the right question. Any help/information will be appreciated.

James
