Has Anyone deal with a Judicial Sale?

I've never dealt with a judicial sale so I was wondering if anyone could provide some InsIght Into it? Looking at an investment property that is a judicial sale but not sure what to expect or what I need to know before making an offer. Thanks in advance for any help!
