Joint VA Loan to buy Commercial Property

Im really curious is it possible for four service members to put their Va loan together to purchase multi Family units ? from my understanding you can purchase up to a 4 unit with one VA loan if you can do a Joint VA loan with four service members what is the Maxium units for four people?
