Hey Friends! (Yes we are friends)

I have a price quote in my inbox that I am very interested in; however the property is owned by an attorney.

I hesitate to touch this; however this appears to be a nice property.


Thoughts?

Tax Certificate is from the 2018 Auction in Colbert County, Alabama.
