Alabama Tax Sale - Property owned by attorney

Hey Friends! (Yes we are friends)

I have a price quote in my inbox that I am very interested in; however the property is owned by an attorney.

I hesitate to touch this; however this appears to be a nice property.

Thoughts?

Tax Certificate is from the 2018 Auction in Colbert County, Alabama.

I wouldn't touch it unless you fully understand the quiet title suit process.

Talk with a real estate law professor at your local university (they're usually quite helpful).

My lawyer would tell me to stay away... you usually go for tax-deed sales that provide the least resistance (unless you have reserves for litigation).
