Short Sale coming to an end!!
I am very serious about leaving the SS business..I have encountered lots of desapointments these last 6 to 8 months and the future is not looking very bright with all this Fraud talk crap. I will star pushing more towards sub2s ( My first love in REI) and see how it goes. Thoughts please!!!

Short Sales like most every other type of businesses are ever changing. To be profitable, you must keep up with what is changing.
Are Short Sales easy? No. There is no simple, magical formula. But, if you work and learn, there are very profitable.
