Short Sale Maryland Escrow & Title
Does anyone out there have contact in Maryland at an escrow company that has experience with dealing with investor short sale transactions?
Thank you!

National companies you may want to try are First American, Stewart, and maybe Fidelity. Keep in mind that two different offices of the same national company may feel differently about back-to-back closings. Another alternative is to ask your local Real Estate Investors Association. There are likely 3-4 smaller companies in your local market that are investor friendly.
