Foreclosures: Post Auction
Question about post-auction results. Is there a way to find determine what happened to the properties?
It would be good to know if certain properties were auctioned off or not. I'm in Texas asking about Harris County & Fort Bend County.

Typically within a few weeks the sale is recorded and online. County clerk records. Search by date range and trustee deed (I think). Or by trustee name. There are fee based services that send out a newsletter of both upcoming trustee sales and auction results.
