Auction.com - buying properties at a live auction

I'm currently looking to buy a single family home on auction.com. Does anyone have experience going to the live auctions? Any recommended due diligence beforehand (preliminary title report, walk the exterior, analyzes the Neighboor and comps, etc)? Thanks!
