How to Get Info For Abandoned Homes

Hello guys, I'm helping a client who has a list of all the abandoned homes in our area. He wants me to get contact info for the owners. Wondering the best/cheapest place to get such info? Title Companies, MLS searches, 3rd party web site, etc? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
