Building a tax sales research site

Hey everyone,

I've been working on a property tax sale site for research that updates daily based on current parcel list, complete with previous property evaluations, last sale, and zillow estimate, zoning, and a lot of other info.

I'm reaching out to see if anyone would find this useful, and if so what features would be valuable. The site is about 80% complete and i'm hoping to go live within a month (it's just a pet project for me)

I'm an investor in San Diego, California so my current setup only gathers information for this county. I may branch out to other areas in the future if there's an interest and the information is publicly available online.

Thank you BP community!

-Kyle
