Next Steps for Foreclosure

Hello BP Community. I've found a foreclosure property that is listed for auction in a couple of weeks. I'm not quite sure where to go from here with getting prepared to attempt a purchase.

I know a title search is important. How do I find out where to go for the auction and how payment is accepted. It appears to be an auction run by the City/County, but I'm not certain of that.

Any tips on where to find this information or how to get started on the research would be much appreciated.

Thanks,
Brian
