Negotiating Short Sales
Has anyone had any luck negotiating with lenders on a short sale? I currently have an offer on a house and the sellers lender won't put anything in writing just tell the agent the offer should be higher and to respond within 3 days. Frustrating when you wait 2 months for a response then get such a vague one
