Subject-to contract on a lis pendens?
Hello, fellow BP members! So here's my dilemma: My husband and I were looking to do a subject-to deal with a co-worker. As it turns out, there's a lis pendens on it. So my question is this: What's the easiest and most cost-effective way of obtaining the property while still protecting everyone involved? It needs some repairs before being rent-ready or even sale worthy. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
