Illinois Judicial Sales
I am a real estate broker in Illinois and I am interested in purchasing properties at judicial foreclosure sale. I am having a difficult time obtaining reliable information regarding which liens will stay with the property after the sale. I am familiar with the foreclosure process itself but I am uncertain exactly how to determine the debt that I will be responsible for after the purchase.
