How to get to Starbucks as a tenants in Brooklyn, NY?

Hey guys - I am looking at a property in Brooklyn, NY. It has 3 commercial spaces and it would be a great Sbux location as there are no Sbuxes within 2 miles (in NYC - that is a quite the distance, as you know).
