I own a small warehouse in Houston( I live here) I paid cash for, fixed it up and now leases for $15,600 annually expenses total $2314 annually. My annual income exceeds my expenses. I am looking to finance the property long term any advice? I cannot find a bank that will do it.

I own and manage multiple single tenant warehouses and you should not have a issue refinancing it. I would shop around a few banks or get a commercial lender involved.
