Types of commercial loans

I’m trying to do research the types of commercial loans for non owner occupied , i recently went to Td bank inquire about a loan . The lender told me about a 520 loan can someone suggest the type of loan I should take

@Jacob Ramos, I assume the 5-20 loan they were referring to is a 20-year amortization with a 5-year rate reset? While that is a common loan, there are lots of different options out there. You'll have to do the legwork to find what other options are available. I've seen products with longer amortization (usually with higher interest rates). 10-year rate resets, balloons.

Start with your local and regional banks and CUs and see what's what.
