Hello-

I have a commercial wholesale property in the works with a buyer and a seller. I have all of my needed figures to structure this deal. Is there someone who can help me as I’ve never done a commercial wholesale deal before to help me analyze and provide me with the needed contracts and procedures? Thanks!
