Commercial Investing in Queens NYC

I'm actively looking into making some commercial real estate investments in Queens, NY specifically Sunnyside. I'd love to connect with others who have been operating in this market whether as an agent, investor, or otherwise. I have access to the capital to make a series of acquisitions but want to make sure I have a very strong understanding of the market / ecosystem and have the right partners in place to execute.
