Commercial Investing in Queens NYC

Hi BP Fam -

I'm actively looking into making some commercial real estate investments in Queens, NY specifically Sunnyside. I'd love to connect with others who have been operating in this market whether as an agent, investor, or otherwise. I have access to the capital to make a series of acquisitions but want to make sure I have a very strong understanding of the market / ecosystem and have the right partners in place to execute. As such I'd love to meet with anyone (in person or digitally) who has experience operating in this market.

I'd also love any guidance or best practices from folks who have operated commercial real estate funds in the past. Whether references / materials you found helpful or anecdotes from personal experience.

Thank you so much.

Best,

Samir
