Need advice for first time cash purchase

Hi this will be my first time purchase of commercial real estate (small shopping mall). It will be all cash purchase. I am little nervous as my broker is a relative who is not experienced (she is just starting out). Since it's my first time as well, I am little nervous that she may not guide me well in this deal. The offer is pretty much accepted by the seller and from various sources it's a good deal. What are your advices you may give me at this point? Thank you in advance.

I agree with Jeffrey. It's very easy to make a big mistake in commercial. You sound like you need more experienced input. Why not post the particulars here and see if it is a deal, and where the pitfalls may be?

I had a horse trainer tell me green on green makes black and blue. You and your broker are both green.
