Self Storage Fencing Costs

Hello all,

I'm in the beginning phases or running the numbers on a self storage facility.  I'm curious a ballpark price for fencing in about 3 acres.  I'm going to be calling actual companies later, but I'd like to get a ballpark upfront.  I'm probably looking at chan link with razor wire, but I would prefer something that looks a bit nicer, dependent upon cost.
