Commercial business home office/shop
How do I fun a commercial deal around one million dollars (I do not have the payment)? However, I will be able to pay for it after two years. It needs have a parking lot able to fit 100+ cars with easy access and at least 2 garages able to be turnes mechanic shops for our vehicles. Who can I talk to and what should I research?
